Leesa Conley
Leesa is President and CEO of Conley Design Studio. It is a collaborative of designers and architects. The team specializes in the commercial interior design that includes restaurants, retail stores, and condominium public spaces. The firm has been Conley Design Studio has been in practice 1985. The first business model was designing office space for medical doctors and hospitals in the late 1980’s. The move to West Palm Beach in occurred in 2007, key projects switched to restaurants and shops. These are located in the City of West Palm Beach’s CRA Districts. Leesa redesigned over 25 stores in the re-development zone of Northwood.
In 2010 commercial projects for multiple condominiums in Broward County were going through the 40 year inspections. They all needed new interior design for lobbies and resident corridors. Multiple high rise buildings from Miami Pompano have been renovated. Leesa has served on the Advisory Board of the Mandel Public Library in West Palm Beach for the past 7 years. A prior board member of the Union League of Philadelphia, and The Boys and Girls Club. Leesa volunteers for Leadership West Palm Beach sponsored by The Chamber of Commerce of thePalm Beaches.
Victoria Pyle
Victoria holds a BA in Interior Design and maintains a Florida License for Interior Design. She brings 35 years of experience with residential and commercial clients. She has an extensive background in Project Management and Construction Supervision. Victoria combines her understanding of the architectural aspects of a space with clients’ objectives, lifestyle, and vision. She pays careful attention to editing existing spaces and incorporating unique finds and contemporary elements for modern living. Victoria collaborates on multiple projects. She is involved from the preliminary space planning and design stages. She continues her collaboration through to the final installation of art and accessories. Victoria received the NCIDQ certification by the National Council for Interior Design Qualifications in 1999.
Clare Scarpulla
Clare has over 35 years of professional Interior Design experience. She combines this with an extensive Art Direction and Set Design career in the motion picture industry. Clare holds a BS in Interior / Environmental Design. She earned an MFA from Yale University in theatrical Scenic Design. This education led her to the entertainment field. She works as a photographer using her graphic design and Photoshop skills. She has been on the team for several years. Her contribution brings creativity and expertise in design.
Eduardo Guzman
Eduardo’s holistic approach to design and construction draws on 22 years of experience. He has a profound understanding of the requirements related to developing unforgettable places. Eduardo is a former Fulbright Fellow. He is a frequent lecturer and guest critic. He participates at the School of Architecture at the University of Pennsylvania, Drexel University, and Philadelphia University. In 2010, Eduardo was honored as Philadelphia Business Journal’s Minority Business Leader. In 2014 he received the US Small Business Administration’s Minority Business Person of the Year. Eduardo is a Registered Architect in Florida, PA, NJ and other multiple other countries.
